Your instructor

I’m a plant-based chef and trained school teacher who has been teaching fermentation since 2015. After founding Veet’s Vegan Cooking School, I dove deep into cultured vegetables and created Sauerkraut Club to share the craft of kraut with clarity and care. In my classes you’ll learn the why behind each step—salt ratios, texture, safe fermentation, and flavor building—so you can make reliable, delicious kraut at home.

I’m passionate about turning simple ingredients into vibrant food that supports good health. My teaching is hands-on, encouraging, and practical, shaped by years in both home kitchens and professional settings. Whether you’re here for gut health, seasonal eating, or the joy of cabbage, I’m excited to guide you with techniques you can trust.
