INTRODUCTION

In module 1 we will:  

  • Organise your pantry, fridge and work/creative space in the kitchen
  • Make Lebanese seven spice mix (Baharat) 
  • Make almond milk
  • Cook lentils 
  • Make Moussaka (with a tomato free version if you wish)
  • Sri Lankan roasted spice mix 
  • Sri Lankan jackfruit curry
  • Chinese five spice
  • Garam Masala 
  • Za’atar spice mix 

Module 1.1 is a stand alone video.

Module 1.2 & 1.3 need to be scheduled over 2 consecutive days.

Module 1.4 & 1.5 also need to be scheduled over 2 consecutive days.

Do not worry if there are ingredients or produce you don’t think you’ll like or can’t eat as there are many alternatives to every recipe. Everything is doable and changeable.
